Dr. Krach's caring approach is seen widely throughout the office at Creekside Family Dental Care. She has a genuine love of children and people that is evident to both her patients and her dental care team. She always goes the extra mile to make her patients feel comfortable whether they are in for an appointment or just dropping by to say hi.
The staff is truly a team, enjoying working together, taking courses and participating in social activities. The office environment is relaxed and she offers both a warm beverage station and television to help put patients at ease.

Meet Your Dentist
Dr. Elke Krach was born in Germany. Her family immigrated and settled in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Dr. Krach graduated from Niagara District Secondary School and went to the University of Western Ontario to continue her studies and received her Bachelor of Art (hons) degree.
She then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in German Literature at Albert-Ludwigs Universitaet in Freiburg, Germany. She came back to Canada to enroll in the dentistry program at Western. Dr. Krach graduated in 1996 with a Doctor of Dental surgery. She then went back to Germany to become licensed in the European Union.
In the years that followed, Dr. Krach went on to take a position in Cork, Ireland as a Senior House Surgeon at University College Cork in the Restorative Department affiliated with Cork Regional Hospital.
She returned to Canada to take a position as Adjunct Professor in the Prosthodontic Department at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in London, ON. She also worked as an associate in private practice in London.
Besides being involved in clinical academics, she was part of a mentoring program, clinic design and clinical research projects at the University. During this time, she also made several trips to Sioux Lookout Zone First Nations Reserves for dental services, as well as many locums throughout Ontario.
Dr. Krach decided to return home and set up private practice in Niagara Falls (Chippawa). She is interested in open communication with her patients, providing the highest level of care and clinical excellence. She promotes ongoing training for the whole dental team. Her aim is to increase the prevention of dental and oral disease and thereby promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Krach has completed a certification course at McMaster University in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. This has been very useful in treating TMJ problems, migraines and facial pain.
Dr. Krach has received her Fellowship in Implantology in 2016 with the ICOI and is providing complete service of surgical placement and restorations of implants.
Where Her Heart Is
In her home life, Dr. Krach has a soft spot for animals. She volunteers time and money to a local animal rescue organization. She fosters cats and dogs and is hands-on in the adoption process. All proceeds of every sports guard made at her office are donated to the animal's cause.
Recently, Dr. Krach has been certified as a yoga instructor. She actively takes seminars and workshops.
